I did my six month exchange here and this was the best residence! There are so many activities so it’s very easy to make friends and always opportunities to get involved and join sports teams, do day trips with residents, and many craft activities! Had a great time during my stay in Iglu! And as an international student I felt safe and welcome in the new environment, I also met some good friends that I didn’t expect such as the security guards from NSP SECURITY Sammy and Said who are always so nice and welcoming to me and my friends! I’ve really enjoyed living at Iglu Melbourne. The customer service is amazing – the staff are always friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever needed. A special mention to security guards Sam and Saed, who are always welcoming, professional, and happy to help. They really make the building feel safe and create a great atmosphere for students. I’ve had a great experience staying at Iglu Melbourne City. My studio was clean and in excellent condition from day one, and the customer service team has been outstanding—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions.
