It's also nice and close to the University of Queensland's clinical health campus at Herston.
Buses are the easiest way to get into the CBD. Brisbane’s Translink buses run approx. every 5-10 mins and take about 10 minutes to centre of the CBD. QUT also runs a free shuttle on weekdays to its Gardens Point campus. Once you’re in the city, you can easily access other cool neighbourhoods like Fortitude Valley and New Farm.
The Kelvin Grove village itself has great amenity, with shop and services (Woolworths, pharmacy, dry cleaning, banking), cool bars, lots of cafes and a large fitness and aquatic centre – so you don’t need to go far to get your dose of entertainment.
